I had to navigate my claim through my union rep who was inadequate and even lost valuable evidence. She never really defended me and my case was left sitting and abandoned. Having been faced with a very disappointing experience with worksafe over many injuries, and many denials, appeals, and hearings, Jennifer at Beacon has always provided excellent guidance and organization in what is a very large messy case with multiple claims, case managers, etc. While we are still in the thick of it, I'm far more positive with my claim and how it is going to end up.

I am more than happy to write a review of my experience with Michael as my representative. Before him, I had gone with my union and then the worker adviser. Both had little interest in helping me and my claim. When I was passed Michael's number I was skeptical but gave him a call and wow just speaking with him, I realized he actually cared. After only a few months, he was able to get WSBC to change the job they had picked for me without going to an appeal that would have taken a long time and he found a bunch of missing payments that were missed by both my previous rep's. I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and there is no way I am able to be where I am without Michael's careful navigation of WSBC.

When I was told Jennifer had left my union and started on her own, I was disappointed as she was fantastic. I kept working with my union and that proved to be a massive mistake. After a few short months I realized that Jennifer was a star in her field and that having free union representation didn't mean anything if their assistance wasn't what it needed to be. Jennifer was amazing.
